It is also worth noting that the construction site is safe, clearly marked with dividing lines and signs, properly designated, and fenced. It is equipped with special safety infrastructure, such as barriers and designated walkways. In addition, the safety of the entire complex is constantly maintained, with security personnel and 24/7 video surveillance ensuring a calm and secure environment for all residents.
Various types of recreational zones have been created throughout the park and boulevard area, filling the space with natural greenery and beauty. It spans up to 8 hectares, has been open for 2 years, and already features up to 10,000 trees and plants of different species. The park has professional gardeners who constantly maintain and renew it.
